TO START

Today’s homemade soup with warm homemade bread [vegetarian] 

 

House smoked duck breast, rocket; fig, apple and pomegranate    with a chilli and citrus dressing 

 

SALADS 

Warm local asparagus, smoked salmon, boiled egg, pickled cucumber with mustard dressing [vegetarian]

 

Griddled courgette and aubergine, harissa roasted potatoes, roasted pepper, pomegranate, coconut milk yoghurt, carrot and hazelnuts [vegan]

 

MAINS

Pork belly, tart of potato, leeks with black bomber cheese and black pudding, spring greens with roasted garlic, wild mushroom pâté, shallot gravy 

 

Seabass fillet, spiced fish cake, roasted peppers with fennel and capers, mango sweet chilli sauce 

 

Duck breast, potato & apple rosti, local ale and onion puree, greens and baby carrots

 

Orzo pasta with local asparagus, courgette, chilli and peas, lemon and herb crumb  [vegan]

 

CLASSICS

Beer battered haddock, chips, mushy peas and homemade tartare sauce

 

Trio of Lincolnshire sausages, mash and fresh vegetables

 

Beefburger with bacon and cheese in brioche bun, pickle, lettuce and tomato served with fries or chips and relish

 

TO FINISH

Coconut & pineapple panna cotta, mango & passionfruit sorbet 

       

Chocolate and Baileys cheesecake, orange curd, salted caramel popcorn and a scoop of orange sorbet

 

Sticky toffee pudding, fudge sauce, scoop of rum & raisin ice cream 

 

Ice cream or sorbet: trio of today’s selection 

 

Affogato: vanilla ice cream with a shot of espresso coffee 

Try with toffee vodka or add a shot of your favourite liqueur 

 

Cheeseboard: today’s selection of cheese served simply with crackers, and a shot of iced cider or straw wine
