TO START

Today’s homemade soup, warm bread (vegetarian) 

 

Smoked salmon with asparagus and boiled egg, pickled cucumber andmustard dressing

 

Griddled courgette and aubergine salad with harissa roasted potatoes, roasted pepper, pomegranate, coconut milk yoghurt, carrot & hazelnuts (vegan)

   

House smoked duck breast, rocket; fig, apple and pomegranate with a chilli and citrus dressing

Beef  -  Chicken  -  Vegan

served with homemade Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and Dan’s gravy. We roast our joints on the day so when they’re gone, that’s it (sorry)

    

MAIN COURSES  

Seabass fillet, spiced fish cake, roasted peppers with fennel and capers, mango sweet chilli sauce

 

Orzo pasta with local asparagus, courgette, chilli and peas, lemon and herb crumb,red pepper flatbread

 

Sweet chilli tiger prawn salad with avocado, orange, new potatoes and cucumber and chilli dressing
